We are dedicated to providing essential support to entrepreneurs as they take their first steps toward starting and growing their businesses. Youth unemployment rate has reached alarming levels, further worsened by pressured company closures due to load shedding/reduction.
These challenges have brought significant changes to our daily lives, underscoring the importance of creating employment opportunities rather than searching for jobs.
We believe it is crucial to equip millennials and Gen Z, particularly recent graduates and vocational students, with the skills to start and sustain their own businesses. This is made possible through our comprehensive Business Intensive Incubation Programme. At our Centre, both incubatees and the public can benefit from the expertise of our highly qualified Business Development Officer, who bring years of experience in business growth and development.
At Sekhukhune CfERI, we understand that in order to grow your business, we need to focus on you—the entrepreneur. Our three-year continuum incubation model provides incubatees with various opportunities and activities designed to enhance their business skills. Through bootcamps, masterclasses, and workshops, we aim to build your confidence and refine your pitching abilities. We also offer shared office space that you can use whenever needed, alongside an innovation space where you can relax, reflect, and brainstorm. Additionally, our Makerspace gives you access to equipment such as 3D printers, 3D scanners, wood routers, and more, to help you bring your prototypes or MVPs to life.
